Gini Swancy's background includes communications, marketing, financial planning, interior decorating and home staging. Each one of these experiences gives her unique insight into helping clients buy and sell real estate.
Gini is a certified ASP Home Stager which complements her work as a Realtor®. After working with a developer in the St. Louis area she saw how much staging could make a difference in how quickly real estate moved. She took this knowledge and applied it to her own home when it went on the market. The home sold in 1and a half hours in a neighborhood where the average was 90 days on the market. Homes staged by Gini generally sell in half the time of similar houses.
Prior to entering the real estate arena, Gini was a Premier Client Manager with Bank of America. She handled affluent client accounts and was recognized as the top producing investment advisor in the Midwest two years in a row.
Gini attended Texas State University where she graduated with a B.A. in Communications. She also attended the University of North Carolina Charlotte to study psychology and the University of Missouri St. Louis for theater arts specializing in set design.
Gini is a member of the Charlotte Regional Realtor ® Association, Central Carolina Realtor ® Association, Real Estate Staging Association, and NAR Resort and Second Home Specialist.
